OUR SERVICES

Following the four-phase approach to emergency preparedness, assessments are done to identify the best possible EAP to suit your organization. Assessments include:
  • Hazard identification and risk assessment
  • Emergency resources requirements vs availability
  • Mitigation and loss-control
  • Training level of relevant personnel
  • Specific emergency response requirements

Upon completion of the initial assessment, an EAP is established with the aim of mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery.

We handle all aspects of emergency preparedness for your event. This includes:
  • Site assessment
  • Risk assessments to identify possible unwanted events
  • Formulation of event specific EAPs
  • Analysis of fire and emergency medical care requirements
  • Organization of emergency fire and emergency medical care services

Risk assessments of fire hazards, fuel loads, potential for fire spread, and potential for severe loss; including recommendations on risk-reduction and measures to be implemented. Fire equipment inspections to ensure SAQCC, SANS, and NFPA standards are adhered to.

A review of your current emergency management plans and procedures, identifying shortfalls, room for improvement; and providing updated and relevant EAPs

Workplace assessments to identify all possible hazards that may result in unwanted events, as well as recommendations of control to reduce the potential for harm and likeliness of occurrence.

How prepared is your organization for an emergency? Do all staff members know the evacuation procedure? Where are all the people going to assemble? How will you know if all personnel are accounted for?
Fire / emergency drills should be conducted bi-annually by all organizations. Emergency drills are not just a formality but serve a crucial function in the overall preparedness of the organization.
With a team of experienced firefighters and paramedics, we conduct your fire drills for you. Having a qualified team of emergency responders review your specific organization, you gain from the cumulative years of experience of the first responders, as well as gaining the insight of what the experts look out for in case of emergency. This involves the planning, execution, and review of the emergency drill.
Following the drill, we report on the findings of the drill and provide the remedial actions and procedures to be implemented.
